What is a good life sim game for a crappy pc?

i have a computer with 128mb of ram, 800mh processor, pIII, crappy video card nvidia something or other but 64mb.. I already have virtual villagers 1 and 2. (loved both) but I'm not into knights, wizards or midevil/magical stuff.. but I like the "sim" games like "the sims" so excluding the whole "the sims" line of games.. what else is available for me that meets my system requirements. please exclude any game that has sim in the title when giving your suggestions.
