Yes you are allowed to submit your articles to ezine but they need to be a bit different from the ones on your site. You cant just copy and paste. There's a really good piece of software called 'article post robot'- articlepostrobot.com- which lets you submit an article to loads of article submission sites by pressing a button once. It's worth checking it out.
