I am going swimming at a water park and i wanted to know what kind of tampon's I should get for my first time. Thank You.

Best Answer:

When I first started using tampons my mom suggested Playtex Gentle Glide tampons. I still use them because they have all around 360 protection, a backup skirt, and have the slimmest applicator (plastic for easy insertion.) Depending on how heavy/light your period is then that will decide the absorbancy needed. The boxes you can choose from contain: light/regular, super/ultra and then super ultra. Or you can get a multipack, but if your period is normal then you should get light/regular. Towards the end of your cycle make sure you use the light absorbancy. When you're at the waterpark make sure to change the tampon every 3-4 hours (usually the time when you have to go to the restroom) you may have to chang your tampon sooner depending on how heavy the flow is. Good Luck and have fun!

I like o.b. They're small, and easy to get in.

i wear Playtex Sport and they are sooo comfortable! you can't even feel them and they slide in really easily. they don't hurt at all. they're really good for people that play sports so they're especially made for people like you and me. try them! :)
