Where are some places in tijuana and in ensenada to live at 50 dollars a month or less? Where are some homeless shelters at in Ensenada and San Felipe?

the only idea it comes to my mind is going to "Moteles" those are paid by hours and tend to be cheaper than hotels, most of though are in the outside of the cities, the cost is around 20 usd and can be rented by 12 hours tops. Some are much better than regular cheap hotels

you can find rooms for far less than that in Tijuana but you should either read reviews of the hotels on a hotel website first or ask to see the room before you pay for it, and be forwarned: standards of cleanliness and health are FAR FAR different in certain parts of Mexico than they are in the U.S., and I speak from experience.

Your other choice is seek out Casa de Huespedes those are usually family owned homes and rent you a room on the cheap.

I don't know about TJ, but in Ensenada, you won't find a hotel/motel for $50. And if you do.... it is for a reason... prostitutes, drugs, and danger.

Dude you are insane to stay in a homeless shelter in Mexico ! Bring a video camera and fill out your will.
