How do I remove my tampon without it hitting something?

Yeah, this is a little embarrassing, but whenever I try to remove my tampon, it either hits my fingers or the rim of the toilet. I'm trying to take it out slowly so that it doesn't swing around, but it's a huge ordeal. Any tips?

I'm sorry but you sound very very dirty to me. To advertise something private (and gross) like that, you must have been raised in a barn.

don't sit on the toilet to remove it...stand and squat a bit, it'll be a lot more easier!

stand up spread ur legs so it doesn't hit the toilet

Yank it out in the back yard where you can hose down the mess you make.

Get tolit paper and grab it with that.
