How much dose a german sherpard puppie cost?

I am going to my daughters for christmas in Tenn. They might not want me to keep her inside. Im afraid putting her outsde in the clod might harm her.

What is so special about their personality? Also, have you ever had a bad experience owning one? Will they ever bite their good owner?
